Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information JNS Digital Solutions collects and how we use it.
Last updated: July 2026
JNS Digital Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is a web design and local SEO studio serving Los Angeles County and Orange County, California. This policy applies to https://www.jnsdigitalsolutions.com and the forms on it.
01
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us — when you submit our contact form or request a free website audit, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any details you include in your message.
- Optional analytics — if you accept analytics, the analytics tools configured for this site may collect usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source.
02
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request
- To prepare and send the free website audit you asked for
- To improve our website, content, and services
- To send you information related to a project or request you started with us
03
Analytics and cookies
Google Tag Manager loads optional analytics only after you select Accept in our privacy banner. Selecting Reject leaves these tools blocked and does not affect your ability to browse or send an inquiry. This choice does not grant permission for advertising cookies.
We remember your choice in local storage for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it at any time. Rejecting after tracking has started reloads the page to stop loaded tags, so save unfinished form entries first. You can also block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings.
04
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our website hosting, form and email delivery, and analytics providers — and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
05
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if we begin working together, for the duration of our business relationship and as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
06
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell it). To make a request, email us and we will respond as required by law.
07
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
08
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
